Adela Tavares Studio showcases the work of an artist specializing in acrylic and oil painting. Originally from Timisoara, Romania, Adela Tavares moved to the United States in 2002 after earning a Fine Art Degree from The University of the West, Timisoara. Now based in Glens Falls, NY, the studio features a selection of finished pieces and works in progress, as well as a unique collection of Romanian (Transylvanian) art and crafts, including pottery, naïve/primitive art, reverse glass paintings, and photography. Visitors are welcome to explore the artist's creative process and cultural influences firsthand.
